1) A graduate of a 2 year AMA or AMA equivalent allied health education program that is patient care related such as radiology technology, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language therapy and registered nurse.
2) A bachelor's degree with any major with the following classes being strongly recommended: Anatomy and Physiology, college algebra, and medical terminology.
