1.) A graduate of a 2 year AMA or AMA equivalent allied health education program that is patient care related such as radiologic technology, respiratory therapy, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech language therapy and registered nurse.

2.) A bachelor's degree with any major.

3.) A high school diploma with the following college courses:

*If the A/P I includes the study of the anatomy and physiology of the muscular, circulatory and immune systems, respiratory, digestive, excretory, endocrine and reproductive systems then A/P II is not necessary.

Applicants applying under Prerequisite #3 are only eligible for our three year course.
